Meet Dr. Japhet!

Bio: Japhet is an accomplished social impact leader with over 15 years of cross-cutting experience in entrepreneurship and organizational development. He is a serial founder/pioneer and head of several thriving organizations both in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors.

He is the founder of Elsophi Community & Childcare Initiative, a not-for-profit organization that has received grants and projects from several international donors all around the world. Through his visionary leadership, the organization has served thousands of beneficiaries in education, health, food security, and enterprise development in Africa.

He is also the co-founder of Eljojo Divine Heritage Academy; a B2C education company that leverages digital technologies and person-to-person contact to deliver; early childhood development education for early learners (1.8-5years) helping them to develop letter and number literacy and basic education for basic school learners (6-14years) helping them to establish solid foundations in sciences and arts.

He has been involved both in formal and informal consulting for businesses and organizations. In the last ten years, he has played advisory roles for early startups in the formalization of their startups, establishing business objectives and structures, and helping them to clarify visions and direction.

Japhet is a gifted and skilled author, speaker, and trainer. He has authored over five books including a best-selling book on “How to Start and Run a sustainable nongovernmental organization”. Through this book, he has successfully mentored dozens of people to start and manage new organizations from scratch.
